Four year players in good standing who would like to be considered for one of the two scholarships awarded by the White River High School Football Booster Club, please print and complete the scholarship form below.  Paper copies are available via Angela Lusk, Booster Club President. 

Scholarship Forms are due by Dec. 1st and should be turned in to the WRHS Guidance Center.
